Angmering began life as a small West Sussex village but has seen a large amount of development on the periphery in the last 10 years. Lying in between Littlehampton and Worthing, it is on the southern edge of the South Downs National Park, and about two-thirds of the parish falls within the Park.

Lying in between Littlehampton and Worthing, it is on the southern edge of the South Downs National Park, and about two-thirds of the parish falls within the Park. The remaining village centre still retains its old-world charm with small shops and a characterful old pub “The Spotted Cow” all bordering the central village green.
