Absolutely Fantastic
My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.

Independent, honest, fair and supportive approach
I sold my property back in April 24 through Ben after experiencing his honest and straight approach previously, when buying the same property. After my partner had died, I wanted someone who I could trust, having dealt with Ben I went through him. Both Ben and Janet made what was an emotional and tender time much easier to deal with, being supportive, keeping me up to date, and being able to chat about the process when things got a little stressful. Great service from start to finish
We chose to sell our house through Osborn Frankling Estate Agents in Steyning after a bad experience with one of the local corporate agents who overvalued our house and promised us the earth. Ben was honest and open from the start and throughout our sale kept us regularly updated on progress and worked hard towards the end to push all parties in the chain to completion. We were unsure about using an agent outside of the area we lived in but as most buyers use online services to search for properties found this was not an issue and had viewings booked as soon as we went live. We would highly recommend Osborn Frankling and would be happy to use their services again.

Fantastic experience

5 Stars for Osborn Frankling
House selling is supposed to be a stressful experience. Ben Frankling and his team have proved this a lie! The whole process of selling my family home has been quick, simple and professionally dealt with. It’s been a difficult time, then throw lockdown into the melting pot but Ben has made it easy, and shown great integrity whilst being polite, cheerful and gone the extra mile to be helpful. It only took him 3 days to find a buyer. Gold stars all round guys!

We used Osborn Franklin Estate Agents to sell our home and purchase our new one. From start to finish we experienced a consistent, excellent service. Ben and his team called us regularly with updates as well as to guide us on the next steps that we needed to take.
